       Videos of AFL teams have become available on the internet.  I started this page with some from the Buffalo Bills' 1964 AFL Championship season; links sent to me by Robert Phillips.  Robert also sent the lonk to the 1962 AFL Championship game.  If you know of other AFL films or photos on-line, let me know, and I'll link to them here.
Steve Sabol apologizes for the hose job NFL Films did in reporting the Jets' Super Bowl III victory.  Too bad they won't make a new "AFL's Greatest Game" film that tells it like it was.
      Steve Sabol's "apology" for propagandizing the Colts' loss into a near-win is lame.  As an American Football League fan, I don't accept it.  The NFL (including NFL Films) either ignored or ridiculed the AFL for nine years, then when the "greatest team in Pro Football history" gets whipped, they make a movie that looks like "the Colts didn't lose, Johnny U. just ran out of time."  They even call it one of the "NFL's Greatest Games"!
       When do we AFL fans get OUR pound of flesh, and get to see a highlight of Super Bowl III that gives credit where credit is due.  An "apology" doesn't cut it, when the inaccurate SBIII film is shown over and over again.
         If Steve Sabol were REALLY contrite, he'd re-make the show.
